We offer driver education classes and behind-the-wheel driving sessions for students in the Wilmington area.

Driving is a skill you'll use for the rest of your life. The better you are at driving, the more you'll enjoy your time behind the wheel.

That's why the state of North Carolina requires Driver Education for everyone under the age of 18, and why there's no better place to take this course than SDTC.

Teen Driver Ed

Driver Ed Course

Classes consist of 30 hours of in-person classroom instruction at our office in Wilmington, NC. We believe in-person driver education provides better training.

Behind-the-Wheel

Teens will have to complete 6 hours of behind-the-wheel training with a certified instructor. 

• We assign exclusive instructors to the students to ensure consistent training.
• Each student will have one-on-one training with an instructor 
• The training will consist of three 2-hour sessions of behind-the-wheel

Adult Driver Ed
